I just felt like running.

Tokyo Run Clubs

Good morning, Tokyo runners. August arrives this weekend, and Tokyo is bringing the full summer heat.

Highs will range from 30°C to 36°C this week, with lows around 23°C to 27°C. Tuesday looks rainy, while the weekend should be partly cloudy and especially hot. Aim for the cooler hours, bring plenty of water, and skip the midday miles.
