Namban Rengo is an informal Tokyo running club composed of both international and Japanese members. While the group consists of many serious runners training for competitive races, including Japanese ekiden (relay races), anyone is welcome to join, and there is no fee to run or race with them.

The club’s primary session is a weekly interval workout held every Wednesday at 19:15 at Oda Field, the public running track in Yoyogi Park. The track is easily accessible from Harajuku, Shibuya, or Meiji-jingumae stations. These sessions are structured to help runners improve their speed and endurance for upcoming events.
